Bag Filters
MOYVEN horizontal filter bags have been designed to improve the filtering of dust and present important advantages with respect to traditional filters:
- LESS SPACE
With the same filtering surface as traditional filters, however, bag filters occupy around 40% of the volume - MORE EFFICIENT CLEANING SYSTEM
- DOWN FLOW:
The down flow of dirty gas favours the dust settling, so that the distance between filters can be very small - OFF-LINE:
This cleans the central sleeve column, of the 3 remaining columns with no suction - OVAL-SHAPED SLEEVES:
This shape favours cleaning, as the dust that is given off does not deposit on the lower sleeve
- DOWN FLOW:
- NO COMPRESSED AIR CONSUMPTION
As the sleeve cleaning is carried out with a fan (it does not require much cleaning pressure), in the bag filters, there is no compressed air consumption
